Living with a disability brings its own set of challenges that most people will never fully understand. From physical limitations to the quiet exhaustion of navigating a world that isn’t built for you, every day can feel like its own kind of fight. But I’ve learned that real strength doesn’t always look like pushing harder or moving faster. Sometimes, it looks like finding new ways to do the things that matter — even when those ways are slower, harder, or completely different from how they used to be.
