Living with ataxia changes how you see every single day. When cerebellar ataxia affects your balance, coordination, speech, and energy, the big goals can feel out of reach. That’s why I started focusing on daily wins with ataxia — those small, meaningful victories that prove I’m still moving forward.

These small wins might look tiny to someone who doesn’t understand daily life with ataxia, but for those of us coping with ataxia, they are powerful. They build a positive mindset with ataxia and remind us that progress doesn’t have to be loud or fast.

What does a good day look like with ataxia? It looks like celebrating how to celebrate small wins with ataxia instead of mourning what the condition took away.
