A Simple Pause I stepped away for a little while. Not because I ran out of things to say, and not because the writing stopped mattering. I just needed a quieter stretch. Life with cerebellar ataxia already asks for a lot of attention, and sometimes the kindest thing I can do is stop adding more noise — even the noise of my own words. So I paused.
