When I was 12, I picked up Adelle Davis's "Let's Get Well" near my mom's art stand. Growing up in Laguna Beach and commuting to LA for auditions, seeking alternative health wasn't cool yet. Re-reading Adelle's book inspired me to simplify my own health protocol. Here is a look back at where my nutrition journey began, inspired by the trailblazers before us.
